Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing sey.pro or engaging Seypro for services, you agree to these terms. Seypro is operated by SEYPRO, headquartered in Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

2. Services

Seypro provides software development, website design, SEO, AI automation, security, and strategic consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work (SOW) agreed between Seypro and the client prior to work commencing.

3. Intellectual property & ownership

Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for a client project are transferred to that client. Seypro retains no ongoing licence to client-specific deliverables. Pre-existing Seypro frameworks, libraries, and tools may be included in projects under a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to the client.

Content on sey.pro (text, images, brand assets) remains the property of Seypro and may not be reproduced without written permission.

4. Payment terms

Payment terms are specified per project. Standard terms are 50% deposit before work begins, 50% on delivery. Seypro reserves the right to suspend work on overdue accounts. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during a project engagement. This obligation continues for 2 years after project completion. Seypro may mention client names in marketing materials unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of liability

Seypro's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use sey.pro or Seypro services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to distribute malware, or to infringe on third-party intellectual property. Seypro reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The revised date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
