Repositories, cloud accounts, and vendor relationships are placed in the client environment where practical. Project IP transfers according to the signed contract and payment milestones. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own licences.

Yes. Project-based work is typically 30% upfront, 40% at mid-point, 30% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. This protects both sides and keeps momentum.

Timeline depends on scope, integrations, risk, and the client team’s availability. The proposal records milestones and assumptions after an initial scoping phase rather than applying one schedule to every project type.

Seypro provides a founder-led external delivery capability rather than replacing every function of an internal team. The engagement defines responsibilities, decision rights, client involvement, and the specialists required for the scope.

The proposal defines the included launch and warranty period. Ongoing development, maintenance, monitoring, and response responsibilities can then move into a separate retainer, or the system can be handed to the client team with the agreed documentation and access.

Scope changes happen. We document the delta, price it, and get written approval before building. No surprise invoices. If scope shrinks, the price adjusts down too.

Project engagements currently begin at $3,000 and retainers at $2,000 per month. Every engagement receives a proposal covering scope, assumptions, milestones, payment schedule, and included support.

Security requirements are scoped to the system and its risk. Work may include access control, encryption, application testing, cloud hardening, audit trails, and evidence preparation aligned with the relevant regulatory or assurance framework.

Milestone-based payments are built into every project engagement. For larger builds, we can structure 4-6 payment milestones across the timeline. We do not offer credit or deferred payment.
